”I GAD” interferes with Sudanese sovereignty  Dr Yasir Mahgoub Elhussein No one could have imagined that the standards that strike values and ethics in this troubled world would reach the point where a gang leader- known for killing, looting, and raping – roams among the halls of meetings of the heads of state of the “IGAD” (Intergovernmental Authority on Development), and then it is called a search for peace. “IGAD” did leave Sudan with no choice but to make the right decision to freeze its membership in this dilapidated organization that has gone astray, deliberately tampering with the security, and stability of the country and violating its national sovereignty.   البعد الجيوبوليتيكي والديني للصراع الأمريكي الروسي شروق مستور | 2022-02-28 عن مركز الفكر الإستراتيجي للدراسات مرّت العلاقات الأميركية الروسية بمراحل عديدة متقلبة ومتفاوتة وفق الظروف وبحسب ما تقتضيه المصالح والأهداف، لكن لطالما سيطر الطابع الصراعي على العلاقة بين الطرفين الأمريكي و الروسي منذ  نهايات الحرب العالمية الثانية، ونشوء المعسكرين الغربي والشرقي وصولا الى التوتر الذي يعيشه العالم حاليا بسبب  الازمة الأوكرانية ، حيث لم تعد الولايات المتحدة القوة المهيمنة لوحدها . فيرجح المحللين ان تقليص دورها فى مناطق عديدة كالشرق الأوسط ادى إلى بروز قوى إقليمية أخرى مثل روسيا، التي تعد جهة فاعلة عسكريا ودبلوماسيا فى الشرق الأوسطّ، بالاضافة الى امتلاكها مجموعة من المصالح فى شمال أفريقيا. بالنسبة للولايات المتحدة  وجود  روسيا في مناطق نفوذها لا يتعارض حاليا مع المصالح الأساسية بشكل مباشر، لكنه يعقد إنجاز هذه المصالح ويضر بها لأن السياسة الروسية مدفوعة من الأساس بهدف الحد من نفوذ الولايات المتحدة ، بالتالي المنافسة ستكون لها أبعاد أخرى مستقبلا، ولكن في كل مرة تظهر في السا...
